All orders are subject to acceptance by The Story Saga within 1 working day of our receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, along with your order reference number. This number should be retained for future reference. Any acceptance of your order by The Story Saga is subject to these conditions of sale and to the availability of stock.
The Story Saga reserves the right to withdraw any products from the website shop and may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process an order for any reason at any time. Without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer, The Story Saga will not be liable to you or a third party by reason of The Story Saga withdrawing any product or refusing to process any order.
The Story Saga products are personalized and are therefore made to order and are not held in stock or at least not in a finished state.
Where you choose to cancel your order, any sum debited by The Story Saga from your credit card or account will be re-credited and The Story Saga will notify you of this by email at the email address which you provide in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the date of your cancellation of your order.
Price and Payment
For most countries, Prices are quoted in your local Currency. Where your local currency is not available as an option for payment, the payment has to be made in USD. Delivery charges may apply per item and are as laid out on the Delivery Details.
Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards. You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. The Story Saga reserves the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
Cancellation and Returns
If you want to return an item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating which item(s) and the number of items to be returned, your reason for returning the item, and whether you are seeking a replacement or refund. Refund or replacement is only applicable if the product is defective or damaged. If the item is returnable under our Returns Policy terms and conditions, we will issue you with a returns address. We also ask you to give us a daytime contact telephone number.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 7 days of delivery.
Lost in Transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the items to us, we recommend sending the packages by recorded/special delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
For item(s) returned to us within 7 days of delivery and in accordance with these terms and conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed by The Story Saga within 14 working days of receipt of the returned items. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. If you would like a replacement, this will be to your original product specification as detailed on your original order.
The Story Saga will deliver the products ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you wish The Story Saga to deliver direct to your customer.
The Story Saga uses a range of carriers to fulfil deliveries. This enables our service to continue unaffected.
Delivery charges may apply and are as laid out on the Delivery Details.
If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 60 days of the date on which you ordered them, The Story Saga shall have no liability to you unless you notify The Story Saga by email at email@example.com of the problem within 10 days following this 60 day period.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled since this is a made to order product. After delivery the products will be held by you at your own risk and The Story Saga will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the products.
Although The Story Saga has used reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information and/or material contained on this website is correct, it does not make any representations or warranties that the information and/or material contained on or accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current or that use of the site is FREE of risk of viruses or other damage.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Story Saga’s maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the products in question (“Payment Amount”).
